Investment Properties hard to come “BUY”

Investment properties are on the rise.  Yes, meaning going up in value.  With rents at an all time high, investment properties are slim picking these days.  In Santa Clara alone, there are no multi unit listings in the whole city right now.  In San Jose, there are only nine, of which a few rooming houses are in that mix.  So, what is going on?  Well, with the stock market the way it is with investors fearing the worst, a solid investment tends to be real estate once again.  I have just purchased an 7-plex just a month ago and truly believe it is worth $150,ooo more than what I paid for it already.  I have an 8-plex that is worth $200,000 more than it was just six months ago.  Multi unit apartments are like gold right now.  If you are in the market for one, please call me and let me do an analysis for you.  If you own one, let me sell it for you for top dollars because now is the time.   Don’t wait too long as timing is everything in real estate.
